আসা করি ভালই আছ,
ইতি মধ্যে হয়‌তো বেশ কিছু Error নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে, যা দ্বারা আপনাদের কিছু সমস্যার সমাধান হয়েছে। তাই আজ আবার কিছু Error নিয়ে আলোচনা করব। চলুন শুরু করা যাক –
Error Code 495

এই Error Code টি দেখা যায় প্লে-স্টোর থেকে অ্যাপ ডাউনলোডের ক্ষেত্রে যখন Wifi নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যাবহার করা হয়। কিন্তু ঐ একই অ্যাপ Data নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যাবহার করে ডাউনলোড করলে কোন সমস্যা হয় না। আবার ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে এর ব্যাতিক্রম ও হয়ে থাকে!
সমাধান – ১

Go to Settings > Application Manager or Apps > Open “All” apps

From the list of apps find Google Play store > Clear Data and Clear Cache

From the list of apps find Google Service Framework > Clear Data and Clear Cache

Now install or update app from Google Play Store

যদি উপরের পদ্ধতি দিয়ে সমস্যার সমাধান না হয়ে থাকে তাহলে প্রথমে “Google Play Store” এর আপডেট আনইন্সটল করে নিন এবং নিচের পদ্ধতি চেষ্টা করুন
Go to system settings > Accounts > Google > remove your Gmail account

Now from settings > Apps > All > Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager

Now again go to settings > Accounts > Google > Add your Gmail account

Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings

Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.
সমাধান – ৩

যদি উপরের কোনটি কাজ না করে তাহলে নিচের পদ্ধতিটি চেষ্টা করুন
Go to Settings > Wireless and network > Mobile networks > Access Point Names (or APN)

Now select the APN that you are using “xxyyzz”

Now go to “Proxy”

There should be a number in there, delete everything that’s in there and leave that field blank

Go to “Port” and clear everything as well

Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.
Error Code 498

আরও একটি কমন Error হলো Error Code 498 এটা কোন অ্যাপ ডাউনলোডের সময় একটি মেসেজ দেখায় “An error 498 has occurred while communicating with the server, reload” নিচের পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করে এই সমস্যা থেকে মুক্তি পেতে পারেন।
সমাধান – ১

Go to settings > Apps > Select “All” tab

From the “All” apps list > Find Google Play Store > Clear Data and Cache

Again from the “All” apps list > Find Google Service Framework > Clear Data and Cache

Now restart Google Play Store and try to download/update the app or games[/p]

উপরের পদ্ধতিতে কাজ না হলে অন্য আরেকটি গুগুল অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে চেষ্টা করুন
Open Google Play Store

Go to settings > Accounts > Choose Account or add new account

Now try to download or install the app or game

উপরের কোনটি দিয়ে কাজ না হলে নিচের পদ্ধতিটি চেষ্টা করুন
Go to system settings > Accounts > Google > remove your Gmail account

From settings > Apps >All > Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager

Again, go to settings > Accounts > Google > Add your Gmail account

Restart your Android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings

Run Google Play Store and update or install your app.
Error Code 911

এই Error টি হয়ে থাকে ত্রুটি পূর্ণ Wifi নেটওয়ার্কের জন্যে এবং “App could not be downloaded due to an error 911” মেসেজটি দেখায়।

সমাধান – ১
প্লে-স্টোরের ডাটা ক্লিয়ার করলে সাধারণত এই সমস্যার সমাধান হয়ে থাকে

Go to Settings > Manage Applications or Apps > Open “All” tab

From the list of “All” apps > Scroll Down and Select “Play Store” > Select Force stop, Clear cache and Clear data

যদি কাজ না করে তাহলে Wifi নেটওয়ার্কটি পরিবর্তন করুন।
Error Code 941

পুরানো Android ভার্সন ও বর্তমান Play store এর ভার্সনের মধ্যে অসামঞ্জস্যতার ফলে এই Error টি দেখায় (সাধারণত)
সমাধান

Go to Settings > Manage Applications or Apps > Open “All” tab

From the list of “All” apps > Scroll Down and Select “Play Store” > Select Force stop, Clear cache and Clear data

Again, go back to “All” > Scroll and Select “Download Manager” > Select Clear cache and Clear data

Now open Google Play and try updating your app.

যদি সমাধান না হয়ে থাকে তাহলে নিচের ধাপটি অনুসরণ করুন

Again, go to “All”> Scroll and Select “Play Store” > Select “Uninstall Updates”

সমাধান – ১

Open system settings > Go to Applications (or Apps) > All

From all apps select Google Play Store > Clear Cache and Uninstall updates

Again, from All > Download Manager > Clear Cache and Data

Finally, All > Google Services Framework > Clear Cache and Data
Now, rerun Google play store.

Go to system settings > Accounts >Google > remove your Gmail account

Now from settings > Apps > All > Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager

Now again go to settings > Accounts > Google > Add your Gmail account

Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings

Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.
Error retrieving information from server

RH-01

RH-01 Error টি সাধারণত কাস্টম রমে হয়ে থাকে

সমাধান – ১

Go to settings > Apps (Manage Applications)> Select “All” tab

From the list of apps > Select Google Play Store > Clear Cache and Clear Data

From the list of apps > Select Google Service Framework > Clear Cache and Clear Data

Run Google Play Store and try installing/updating the app

Now from settings > Apps > All > Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager

Now again go to settings > Accounts > Google > Add your Gmail account

যারা কাস্টম রম ব্যাবহার করেন তারা রমের জন্যে সঠিক Gapps (Google apps) টি ব্যাবহার করে এই সমস্যার থেকে পরিত্রাণ পেতে পারেন।

DF-BPA-09 error processing purchase in Google Play

এই Error টি সাধারণত হয়ে থাকে অ্যাপ কিনতে গেলে প্লে-স্টোর থেকে
সমাধান

Go to Settings > Apps Settings (Application Manager) > Open “All” tab

From “All” list > select Google Play Store > Clear data

Go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your Google (Gmail) account

Again from Accounts > Remove your Google account

Restart your Android and re-add Google account

Download unsuccessful in Google Play

অ্যাপের সাথে সংযুক্ত কোডের (চিহ্নিতকারী কোড) দ্বন্দ্বের করনে হয়ে থাকে বলে ধারণা করা হয়

Go to Settings > Apps Settings (Application Manager) > Open “All” tab

From “All” list > select Google Play Store > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Google Application Framework > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Google Account Manager > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Google Play services > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Downloads/Download Manager > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

Open Google Play and you will be asked to sign in.

Sign in with your Gmail account and download your apps or games
সমাধান – ২

যদি উপরের পদ্ধতিতে কাজ না করে তাহলে ডিভাইসের জি-মেইল অ্যাকাউন্টটি রিমুভ করতে হবে। আর এর জন্যে ডিভাইস ফ্যাক্টরি রিসেট দিতে হবে যদি না ডিভাইস রুটেড হয়।

যদি রুটেড ডিভাইস হয়ে থাকে অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিং থেকে জি-মেইল অ্যাকাউন্টটি ডিলিট করে
Go to Settings > Apps Settings (Application Manager) > Open “All” tab

From “All” list > select Google Play Store > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Google Application Framework > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Google Account Manager > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

From “All” list > select Google Play services > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear data

এখন ডিভাইস রিস্টার্ট (রিবুট) করুন। অন হলে নিচের ধাপ গুলি ফলো করুন

Add your Gmail accounts (Settings > Accounts > add account)

Open and sign in Google Play and then start your download

Unfortunately, the app has stopped

নতুন আপডেট প্লে-স্টোরে এসে থাকলে ওটা ইন্সটল করে দেখেন সমাধান হয় কিনা

আন-ইন্সটল করে আবার ইন্সটল করে দেখেন

যদি ডিভাইসে CWM বা অন্য কাস্টম রিকভারি থাকে তাহলে wipe cache and dalvik cache ক্লিয়ার করে আবার অ্যাপটি চালানোর চেষ্টা করুন।
App couldn’t be downloaded due to an Error 504

সাধারণত গেটওয়ে টাইম আউট বা ধীর গতির ইন্টারনেটের কারনে হয়ে থাকে
সমাধান – ১

কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ডাটা কানেকশন বন্ধ করে পুনরায় চালু করলে ঠিক হয়ে যায়। আর সে জন্যে নিচের ধাপটি ফলো করতে পারেন
Airplane mode ON and then OFF

অথবা

Settings > Data Usage> turn OFF Mobile data and turn it back ON

Go to Settings > Application Manager or Apps > Open “All” apps

From the list of apps find Google Play store > Clear Data and Clear Cache

From the list of apps find Google Service Framework > Clear Data and Clear Cache

Now install or update app from Google Play Store

Go to system settings > Accounts > Google > remove your Gmail account

Now from settings > Apps > All > Force stop, Clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Service Framework and Download Manager

Now again go to settings > Accounts > Google > Add your Gmail account

Restart your android and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings

Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app
Package file is invalid error in Google Play

Go to apps > All > Select your app > Clear cache and data

Run update again in Google Play

Install app through Google Play Store website

Turn off Wi-Fi and install or update app in Google Play Store via 3G or 4G data connection of your Mobile

Go to apps > All > Google Play Store > Clear cache and data

Go to apps > All > Google Service Framework > Clear cache and data
যদি এখনো সমস্যার সমাধান না হয়ে থাকে তাহলে নিচের ধাপগুলি অনুসরণ করুন
Go to Settings > Accounts > Google > Click on your Gmail account > Menu and Remove account

Restart device and add your Google account back

Go to apps > All > Google Play Store > Clear cache and data

Go to apps > All > Google Service Framework > Clear cache and data

Now reboot into recovery and go to Advanced >Clear dalvik cache
