যে ভাবে ফ্রিলান্সার ”কে ওয়াই সি” বা একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করবেন

অনেকেই ভাব নেবে বলবে আমি খুব পারি ভেরিফাই করতে। পরে দেখা যায় উল্টা পাল্টা করে আইডি চাঁদে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছে।

এই জন্য টিউন লিখতে বসলাম। যাতে আইডিটিকে বাশ খাওয়ার হাত থেকে রক্ষা করতে পারেন। ওকে অনেক হৈছে এবার কাজের মধ্যে আসি।

তার আগে বলে নেই কিছু কথা।

ফ্রিল্যান্সার ওয়েবসাইটি মুক্ত পেশাজিবীদের জন্য বেশ জনপ্রিয় মাধ্যম, বিশেষ করে নতুনদের জন্য। নতুনরা সাধারনত এই ওয়েবসাইটেই প্রথম একাউন্ট খুলে থাকেন। তবে মার্কেটপ্লেসে একাউন্ট খোলার আগে যে বিষয়গুলো অবশ্যই মনে রাখা জরুরীঃ

• ভালোভাবে কাজ শিখার আগে কোন মার্কেটপ্লেসে একাউন্ট খুলবেন না!

• বেশিরভাগ মার্কেটপ্লেসে আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ড দিয়ে প্রোফাইল ভেরিফাই করতে হবে। তাই জীবনে দ্বিতীয়বার ওই মার্কেট প্লেসে আপনার নামে একাউন্ট খুলতে পারবেন না।

• একাউন্ট খোলার সময় কোন ফেক তথ্য দিবেন না।

• আপনার একাউন্টের নাম, এন আইডি এবং ব্যাংক একাউন্ট সব যাগায় নাম জন্ম তারিখ ইত্যাদি একই হতে হবে।

• অন্যদের প্রোপাইলের তথ্য বা প্রোটফোলিও কপি পেস্ট করবেন না। (রিপোর্ট করলে প্রোফাইল সাসপেন্ড হয়ে যাবে)

ফ্রিল্যান্সার থেকে “কে ওয়াই সি (Know Your Customer Program (KYC)” ভেরিফাই করতে পারবেন যে সব ডকুমেন্টস দিয়ে:

Proof of Identity

You may submit a colored scan of any of the following acceptable identification documents:

• Passport
• Driver’s License
• National ID card
• Tax ID
• Proof of Age ID
• Professional License ID
• State ID
• Voter’s ID
• Postal ID
• Government-issued Health Cards
• Other IDs – as long as it is government-issued and has your name, photo, date of birth, signature and the ID’s date of issue

Rules to Remember:

• The ID should not be expired.
• The ID should include your name, photo, date of birth, signature, and the ID’s date of issue.
• The ID’s details must not be handwritten.
• The copy should be a high-quality colored image scan or colored digital photo. Photocopies and black and white scans/photos are not acceptable.
• Image dimensions must be 500 x 300 pixels minimum.
• The copy must not be cropped and should include all sides and details of the ID.
• The copy must not be altered or edited in any way.
• If you are submitting an ID card, please submit its front and back parts.
• Do not use special characters (i.e. &#@!) in the image’s filename so the Verification Team can review the file.
• Submission of a fake ID will result in account closure and may lead to legal actions.

Keycode Verification Photo

A photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with your unique code (to be provided in the Verification Center) in one hand and your ID in your other hand.

• Ensure that your face can be seen clearly.
• You must be actually holding your ID and the piece of paper with your keycode. Photos which show that you are holding only a printed copy of your ID will not be accepted.
• The ID you are holding in your keycode photo should be the actual ID you have submitted as your Proof of Identity. For example: If you submitted a colored scan of your passport as your Proof of Identity, you should be holding also your passport in your keycode photo.
• Ensure that the details of your ID are clearly visible in the photo.
• The photo should not be a mirror image.
• The photo must not be altered or edited in any way.
• Do not use special characters (i.e. &#@!) in the photo’s filename so the Verification Team can review the file.
• Submission of a fake verification photo may result in the cancellation of your request up to the closure of your account.

Proof of Address

This will no longer be required if your proof of identity contains your current address. Just tick that option on the form for declaration.

Otherwise, submit a colored scan of any of the following acceptable proof of address documents:

• Bank Statement (issued within the last three months)
• Utility Bills (issued within the last three months)
• Income Tax Return (issued within the last year)
• Residence ID/Permit
• Notarized Leasing Agreement/Contract (issued within the last year)
• Passbook (issued within the last year only)
• Any valid government-issued ID as long as it has your name, current address, photo, date of birth, signature and the ID’s issue date.

Rules to Remember:

• The document must have your full name and address.
• The document must clearly display the issuing authority’s name, address, and phone number.
• The document must be a colored scan or colored digital photo. Photocopies and black and white scans/photos are not acceptable.
• Digital/online copy of documents are accepted (e.g. bank statements, utility bills). Make sure to send the PDF copy, and not a screenshot of it.
• If the document is an e-bill or e-bank statement, it should not be password-protected.
• Do not crop the file, adjust its colors, or alter it in any way.
• Do not use special characters (i.e. &#@!) in the document’s filename so the Verification Team can review the file.
• Submission of a fake document will result in account closure and may lead to legal actions.

কে ওয়াই সি ভেরিফাই করতে মূলত তিনটি ডকুমেন্টস লাগে:

1. Proof of Identity: a valid government-issued ID
2. Keycode Verification: a photo of you holding a unique code (that we will provide) and your ID side-by-side
3. Proof of Address: a utility bill or bank statement under your name and address that has been issued within the last three (3) months

চলুন ভেরিফাই করে ফেলি:

একটা বাক্স আসবে এখানে থেকে আপনার কান্ট্রি সিলেক্ট করেন

এরপর এই রকম বাক্স আসবে। সবগুলো সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে সাবমিট করেন।

সেভ এন্ড কন্টিনিউ দেয়ার পরে একটা ইউনিক কোড দেবে। ওই কোড আর আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি দুইটা দুইহাতে নিয়ে একটা দাঁত বের করা পিক তুলে সাবমিট করতে হবে।

এর পরে আসবে মূল কাহিনী। এখন আপনাকে আপনার এড্রেস ভেরিফাই করতে হবে। আপনার বিদ্যুৎ বিল এর কপি বা ব্যাঙ্ক স্টেটমেন্ট দিয়ে আপনাকে প্রভা করতে হবে আপনার এড্রেস সঠিক।
সব কিছু ঠিক থাকে থাকলে সাবমিট এন্ড রিভিউ বাটনে ক্লিক করে আপাতত ৪৮ ঘন্টা অপেক্ষা করেন।

যদি সব ঠিক থাকে তাহলে তো মাশাল্লাহ। যদি সমস্যা হয় তাহলে মেইল করে আপনাকে বলে দেবে আবার সাবমিট করার জন্য। বুঝতে পেরেছেন বেপারটা?
